4 Bedrooms • 2 Bathrooms 2 Baths • Sleeps 7-8Relax in this spacious historical bungalow with huge kitchen, large living area, large bedrooms, office, and playroom. Ample parking in the long double driveway. All bedrooms with blackout blinds. All linens and and beach towels provided. Well stocked kitchen for cooking big family meals with high end appliances.
Located in midtown, just a few minutes to beach, cruise line, Moody Gardens, the Strand, Convention Center, all the restaurants, or anywhere else you want to go on the island.
A charcoal grill is provided. Guest provides charcoal. Both 12 cup coffeemaker and Keurig provided along with coffee and a starter pack of pods.
Laundry pods and dishwasher pods also provided.
All reservations will be sent a renter agreement to sign which states that you agree to our no parties, pets, or smoking policy. A security deposit hold of $300 will be charged by owner which will be released 7 days after your stay.

Mike and Ruth are retired and now residents of Galveston Island and always available to answer questions should any issues arise. As Certified Tourism Ambassadors, we are happy to make any recommendations or provide the history of many of the buildings and attractions on the island.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
